Psychosocial Risk Assessment
What is a psychosocial risk assessment?
A psychosocial risk assessment is a systematic process to identify, evaluate, and manage workplace factors that may harm employees’ mental health and wellbeing. These risks often arise from how work is designed, organised, and managed, as well as the social environment in the workplace. The aim is to create a psychologically safe workplace by addressing hazards before they lead to stress, burnout, or other psychological injuries.
