Kirsty has a previous background in Employee and Industrial Relations (IR) in senior management roles and board appointments (ministerial and volunteer appointments).  

Her experience spans a variety of industries from Construction through to Health and Aged Care.

She has extensive knowledge and experience in conflict resolution coupled with an understanding of workplace dynamics, corporate structures and mental health matters.
