What we offer

We offer a range of services to assist organisations manage conflict or issues that are creating risk for individuals and the organisation.

  • A workplace culture review is a structured process to understand the health of your organisation’s culture.

It identifies strengths, areas of concern, and underlying issues that may impact engagement, productivity, and compliance.

These reviews are highly recommended in place of formal workplace investigations for allegations of bullying, conflict, poor support, lack of organisational justice or interpersonal differences as they seek to identify the cause and make recommendations for resolution rather than assigning blame via substantiation or non-substantiation of allegations.

  • A psychosocial risk assessment is a systematic process to identify, evaluate, and manage workplace factors that may harm employees’ mental health and wellbeing.

These risks often arise from how work is designed, organised, and managed, as well as the social environment in the workplace.

The aim is to create a psychologically safe workplace by addressing hazards before they lead to stress, burnout, or other psychological injuries.

  • Mediation is a confidential and voluntary facilitative process, in which the parties to a dispute endeavour to reach decisions and/or agreements with the help of a dispute resolution practitioner (the mediator).

The mediator does not have a determinative role and does not advise the parties unless with their express consent.

Facilitated discussions are a less formal but collaborative process designed to support open conversation, clarify expectations, and resolve emerging issues before they escalate.

The facilitator guides the discussion and may assist the participants with options and alternatives.

  • Conflict coaching is a one‑on‑one, confidential process that helps individuals understand and navigate workplace conflict more effectively.

A coach supports the individual to build insight, communication skills, and confidence to address issues constructively.

It is particularly useful when someone wants to prepare for a difficult conversation, reflect on their role in a conflict, or manage challenging behaviours without formal intervention.

Conflict coaching empowers individuals to take practical, respectful action and reduce the likelihood of issues escalating.

  • This conflict management workshop is an interactive, skills‑based session designed to help individuals and teams recognise, respond to, and manage workplace conflict constructively.

The workshop builds practical communication, self‑awareness, and problem‑solving skills to reduce escalation and improve working relationships.

It is ideal for teams, leaders, or organisations seeking to proactively strengthen collaboration, address recurring tensions, and create a more respectful and productive workplace culture.

  • Discrimination and psychosocial hazard training equips employees and leaders with a clear understanding of unlawful discrimination, workplace behaviours, and psychosocial risks that can impact health, safety, and performance.

The training builds awareness of legal obligations, helps participants recognise early warning signs of psychosocial hazards (such as bullying, workload pressures, or poor leadership), and provides practical strategies to prevent harm, respond appropriately, and create a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace.

How we work

  • We work with you to understand what’s really happening beneath the surface. Through workplace culture reviews and psychosocial risk assessments, we identify strengths, risks, and emerging issues, giving you clear insights into team dynamics, behaviours, and compliance obligations.

  • When conflict or concerns have escalated, we support respectful and constructive resolution.

Our workplace mediation services provide a safe, confidential process to address issues, repair working relationships, and move forward with practical, mutually agreed outcomes.

  • We build capability at the individual and team level.

Through conflict coaching and conflict management workshops, we help people develop the confidence, communication skills, and practical tools to manage conflict effectively and prevent issues from escalating.

  • We help organisations meet their legal obligations while fostering safe, respectful workplaces.

Our discrimination and psychosocial hazard training increases awareness of risks, responsibilities, and appropriate behaviours, supporting compliance and proactive prevention.

We are focused on identifying the issue/s and resolving them without escalating risk.

  • Daniela Goncalves, Founder & Director, Move Recruitment

"I honestly can’t recommend Kirsty highly enough.

She supported me through a particularly sensitive and complex issue late last year, and from our very first conversation I felt completely reassured.

Kirsty was calm, practical and incredibly measured in her advice. She didn’t overcomplicate things — she just provided clear, thoughtful guidance at every step and helped me navigate what could have been a very stressful situation.

What really stood out was how supported I felt throughout the entire process.

She was responsive, steady and genuinely invested in getting the right outcome.

If you’re looking for someone who combines expertise with real care and professionalism, Kirsty is exceptional. I’m incredibly grateful for her support."

  • Rebecca Bennett, Mediation Participant, Beef Producer

"I've had the privilege of working in the same organisation as Kirsty, and I can confidently say that her mediation skills are second to none.

Kirsty has an incredible ability to bring calm, clarity and relatability to even the most challenging situations.

What I admire about Kirsty is how she combines empathy within her approach. She doesn't just mediate for the sake of resolving the issue, but to reach a solution that works for all parties involved. Her presence during difficult conversations reassures everyone involved that things will be handled fairly and respectfully, making her an invaluable asset in any team.

If you're looking for someone who can navigate tough situations with tact and grace, I can't recommend Kirsty highly enough."

  • Tim McDade, Conflict Resolution Client

"Kirsty Augustine is brilliant at what she does.

She's calm, clear and highly effective in navigating workplace conflict - especially the kind that can quietly erode teams and performance if left unchecked.

She's not interested in drama or quick fixes. Kirsty helps people get to the heart of the issue, work through it with respect and come out stronger on the other side.

Her focus is on practical outcomes and long-term growth, not just resolution.

If you're looking for someone who can help your team handle tough conversations and build better ways of working, Kirsty's the person to talk to."
