  • Kirsty has a background in Human Resources (HR) and Industrial Relations (IR) including senior management roles and board appointments (ministerial and volunteer appointments).  Her experience spans a variety of industries from Construction through to Health and Aged Care.

    She has extensive knowledge and experience in conflict resolution and employment legislation coupled with an understanding of workplace stressors and mental health matters.

    She is passionate about improving workplace culture, developing leaders and resolving conflict. 

    Her experience dealing with mental health issues, in the workplace and personally, drives her commitment to fostering healthier, more inclusive workplaces.

  • Kirsty is passionate about environmental conservation and waste management and generally helping people within the community.

    Volunteering activity:

    • Founded a Repair Cafe in her local area to divert waste from landfill by having items repaired
