About Us
Kirsty Augustine
Kirsty has a background in Human Resources (HR) and Industrial Relations (IR) and has worked for a variety of industries from construction through to health and aged care. She has extensive experience in HR and IR including senior management roles and board appointments (ministerial and volunteer appointments).
Kirsty has significant experience in workplace conflict and mental health issues and a solid understanding of employment legislation. She is passionate about improving workplace culture, developing leaders and resolving conflict.
Her experience dealing with mental health issues , both in the workplace and personally, drives her commitment to fostering healthier, more inclusive workplaces.
