Creating and maintaining healthy workplaces through the use of conflict resolution.
Consultancy Matters' emphasis on resolution strategies such as mediation, facilitated discussions, and conflict coaching reflects a proactive and human-centered approach to workplace conflict and other psychosocial hazards.
These tools aim to address the root causes of conflict, promote understanding, and rebuild working relationships, rather than simply determining whether misconduct occurred.
